Summary: It was okay at best. Booked cause it had decent reviews and nice photos, the place felt outdated. Only one staff on location at any time and they weren’t very friendly. They did point me in the right direction to get laundry done, so I guess that’s something. The pool was unusable! The photos made it look so nice but all the tiles on the steps to get in were broken and sharp, and it had a ton of algae in it the one day we went to use it, which just made it feel unsafe. The room itself was decent, spacious with a much needed Ac that worked great. The “king” bed was two twin pushed together, which is fine but they were very hard and pillows were janky. The shower had good hot water but not good pressure. Oh and the restaurant was non existent. We were told that breakfast was available but when we tried it was closed and no one was around, ever! None of the amenities that were listed were available. Luckily we were able to get food right next door and if we were to ever come back to Livingston we would honestly go somewhere else!
